DOG NOTICE REMINDER
Pursuant to Section 174.052, WI State Statutes  

A separate check or cash is REQUIRED for a dog license. License fees for a neutered/spayed dog is $5.00 and Not spayed/neutered male/female dog is $10.00.

Owners of all dogs 5 months of age or older on January 1st of any year, or at least 5 months of age within the license year, shall annually on or before April 1, 2025, obtain a dog license issued by the Village. 

IMPORTANT: A current veterinarian signed Rabies Certificate MUST be presented at the time of licensing. 

A late fee of $5.00 shall be assessed to the dog owner of each dog 5 months of age or older who fails to obtain a dog license by April 1st of such year. To avoid receiving a non-licensed letter or penalty, please notify the Clerk’s office if your fur baby has crossed the rainbow bridge or if you longer own the dog.
