Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills are normally sent out by the 15th of December. Payments may be made in installments:

• 1st Installment payments are due and payable to Village of Whitelaw Clerk on or before January 31, 20XX.  

• 2nd Installment payments are due and payable to the Manitowoc County Treasurer on or before July 31, 20XX.

Any tax of $99.00 or less must be paid in full. All tax bills will be receipted on the day received, not post-marked date. If your escrow check is for more than the entire full amount due, a refund will be issued after the board meeting in January or February 20XX.
