Utility Bill Due Date Timeline

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin sets the timeline used for utility billing due dates. To stay consistent with the PSC, the Village is updating the payment window for utility billing. Going forward, utility bills will be due 22 days from the date they are issued, instead of the previous 26-29 day timeframe. 

Beginning with the July statement, utility bills will be due 22 days after they are issued. Please check each month’s bill for the listed due date.
